Due to our site being listed in multiple locations, there can be a slight delay in bookings appearing on our calendar. To avoid any disappointment or inconvenience, PLEASE ensure we have confirmed your booking prior to booking any flights or other travel arrangements.

The number of persons using the apartment must not exceed that agreed at the time of booking.

We (the owner) can not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage sustained during your stay.

Due to rising costs, we now request an extra £75 charge for up to 4 people towards the costs of cleaning and laundry which will be added to the cost of booking. The charge will be £120 for more than 4 people.

Tenancy usually commences at 4 pm on the day of arrival and vacated by 10 am on day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. This allows for the apartment to be cleaned for incoming guests. We will always aim to be flexible with this

Payment accepted by PayPal or Bank Transfer and the prices indicated is in UK Pounds. Upon successful confirmation of your booking, we will provide you with our PayPal/bank transfer details.
